The last images show my mirror (and me in the reflection :-), as well as my 12.5 inches lap tool.

I recently remade the grooves on the lap as it did not work well.

P.S.: The mirror shows some TDE. The bevel on the edge is less than (or around) 1/16 inch all around. I plan to enlarge it to at least 1/8 or 3/16 in the end.
